How do I delete a custom report. another user is showing 3 duplicated reports created by me.

Hey there James,

 

Thanks for joining us here in the Community. You've come to a great place to seek support on this, and I'm happy to give you a hand. Customizing reports is one of the many awesome features in QuickBooks Online. It allows you to tailor our arleady helpful reports so that they fit your business' specific needs. Saving those customizations give you quick access to special reports that you may need to run regularly. It's easy to delete or modify the reports you save though, here's how.

 

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab from the left menu.
  2. Choose the Custom reports tab.
  3. Locate the report you'd like to delete, and hit the arrow next to Edit in the Action column.
  4. Hit Delete to delete this customized report.
  5. You'll get a prompt asking if you're sure you want to delete the report - select Yes if you're sure.
