How do I get QBO to only display prior to and within statement date transactions on the bank rec screen?

QuickBooks Online provides the option to filter the dates, as well as other information when you need to during reconciliation. Here's how:

1. Head to the "Transaction" tab then click on "Chart of accounts" 
2. Locate the account you'd like to reconcile, then click on "Reconcile" in the top right hand corner
3. Click on the filter option ( looks like a funnel) just above the "Date" 
4. You'll be able to filter the information/dates you need.
5. Click on "Apply"
