How do i link my home depot credit card? all my other cards link fine, but not home depot

Hey michaelm1, 

 

QBO bank feeds is one of QuickBooks Online’s most helpful and time-saving features. If you connect an account, QuickBooks automatically downloads and categorizes your bank and credit card transactions for you. It enters the details for you so you don't have to enter transactions manually. Then all you have to do is approve the work. I'll explain the steps to connect your Home Depot credit card. 

 

Follow the steps here to connect your Home Depot credit card to QBO: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

 

As explained in the article, you'll search your bank or credit card by name. If you're having trouble using this method, I'd recommend copying/pasting the credit card URL from the website you use. 

 

Home Depot credit cards are in the list of acceptable connections, so you shouldn't run into any issues finding it in the list. 

 

If you're still having issues after following the steps outlined in the article, I'd encourage you to reach out to our tech support team so an agent can investigate this further. There may be something causing this issue on the back-end.

You cannot connect a BUSINESS home depot account to QB online. This is one of my issues and it does not seem to be resolved yet.

    Hi walkinbeauty,

     

    Adding your Home Depot business credit card into your QuickBooks Online account is a great way to download your transactions. I'd be happy to go over this with you.

     

    If your credit card is different from the standard Home Depot one I recommend copying the link that you use to log in for your credit card and paste it in the bank feeds search bar. If the option is not available for that card you can put a request through to have it added by following the steps on the screen. If you're instead getting an error when you try to connect them then I suggest you contact our tech support team for further assistance.
