Hey there userdl_beutler,

QuickBooks Online is equipped with an incredible Reports section. You can populate and customize reports to show data that encompasses all aspects of your business' money movement. Sales reports are important to view for a number of reasons, and I want to help make sure you can customize and print it exactly as you need.

The report I'd recommend for you is the Sales by Product/Service Detail report. You can find it by navigating to the Reports menu on the left and scrolling to the Sales and customers section. You can also use the Search funtion to type and enter the name. Use the Report period section at the top to select the appropriate date range, and choose how you want to display your report. If you'd like to customize it further, hit the Customize button. You have the ability to filter the report to see only specific Products/Services if you wish. Explore the Customize section to see what options you have.

When you're ready, hit Run report. You'll see your sales for each Product or Service and a total for each, as well as a grand total for all Product/Service sales. Next up is to print the report, which is really easy. At the top right of the report, you should see 4 small icons. The first is a Letter, which can be used to email your report. The second is a Printer which is what you'll want to select in order to print this report. Once you select it, a new window will open that allows you to select the Orientation, and PrintEmail, or Save as PDF. You'll notice that you can also select the 3rd icon to export your report to excel if you'll need to manipulate the data outside of QBO.

I'll be here if you have any follow up questions. Take care and enjoy your day!
