Great question, shuselec-gmail-c. I'd be glad to help you through printing reports through QuickBooks here.

If you're working with QuickBooks Online, you can print any report by:

1. Going to the Reports tab and searching for the report you'd like to run.
2. Select the desired report and parameters (date range and any customizations) and click Run Report.
3. From there, you'll have a few options under the Action column at the top right corner of the report: email (envelope icon), print (printer icon), export to Excel, PDF, etc. (arrow icon).
4. If you choose Print (printer icon), it will then give you the option to select the printer option/icon from the print preview. From here you can choose to 'fit to page' using your default printing option(s).

If you're working with QuickBooks Desktop and you need to print a report, you can do so by:

1. Going to the Reports tab from the top navigation bar.
2. Search for and run the desired report.
3. Then you can click the Print button in the top toolbar of the report, and choose 'Report' in the drop-down that appears.
4. In the 'Print Reports' window, choose the printer you'd like to print to.
5. Then from there you can set the printing options you'd like, like the page size and orientation, page breaks, print range, etc.
6. To print the currently displayed report after setting your printing options, click Print in the 'Print Reports' window.

If you still need any assistance after running through these steps, please feel free to follow up here with any questions you have, or you can get in touch with our Technical Support Team by phone or chat using the 'Help (?)' icon > 'Contact  Us' right from within your account.

Hope this helps!
