How do i show inactive accounts in Chart of Accounts

    There is an option to show the inactive accounts in QuickBooks Online. You'll just have to tick the Include inactive button and I'm here to guide you on how to do this.

    1. Go to the Gear icon at the top menu bar and choose Chart of Accounts from the pop-up window.
    2. Click the small Gear icon just beside the Print icon.
    3. Check the box next to Include inactive.

    The accounts that have Make active option on the right part are the inactive. If you want to restore them, just click it.
