Question

How do I view journal entries? The only report that comes up is Adjusting Journal entries. I want to view some journal entries I made in prior months.

Hi cardinalbk,

Sometimes it's necessary to be able to view your journal entries on a report. I'll be happy to show you how to do this using QuickBooks Online. The program offers an easy-to-use interface that simplifies the way you manage your transaction.

Based on the description you've provided, I suggest running a journal report that shows your journal entries. Here's how:

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Reports.
  2. Type Journal in the search field.
  3. Choose Journal from the drop-down.
  4. Make sure you filter the dates according to the journal entries you'd like to view.

Let me know if this is the report you're looking for. I'll be on standby in case you have other questions. Otherwise, have a great rest of the week!
