How do you get journal entries to show up on your bank rec screen? I have the correct date but it does not show as an option to reconcile it with my bank.

Welcome to Community!   Having the ability to see journal entries in your account is essential during the reconcile process to ensure your ending balance is accurate.  With QuickBooks Online, you can filter items such as transactions and minimize the time needed for tasks such as this.  I'd be glad to help!

You may not be seeing the journal entries if they've been previously marked as reconciled.  Let's have a look in the filter option to locate them.  Here's how:

In the Chart of Accounts, open the Account History for the account you're preparing to reconcile

Click on the Filter located above the Date column

From the drop-down area in the Reconciled Status box, choose Reconciled

In the Transaction Type, select Journal Entry

Enter the Date Range specific to the statement dates and then hit Apply

Open the journal entry by clicking on it and manually remove the R and then Save.  You're ready to get back to reconciling the account!
