Hello twist1,

It sounds like your business has been around for a few years now, and it makes sense to produce a report that can encompass a specific time frame. I'd be happy to go over the sales reports and how to customize them to see the data you're looking for in QuickBooks Online.

The program has a variety of reports at your disposal, and it's possible to edit the date ranges on these reports to produce data for a certain time frame. The date range feature is accessible at the top of the report or through the Customize button. You can learn about all the customization options here: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online

As for which report to pull, that'll depend on the level of detail you're looking for. For instance, something like your Profit and Loss report may be helpful to see the your gross sales since that's one of the lines included in. The Profit and Loss report will also show you the net profit for your business, so that report could be a win-win for what you're looking for.

Depending on what QuickBooks Online subscription you have, there are a number of other Profit and Loss reports you can consider as well, such as the Profit and Loss YTD Comparison and the Profit and Loss Comparison. I encourage you to check out the following article to learn more about which reports are available with which plans: What are the differences in report features among QuickBooks Online subscriptions?

If the reports I've mentioned don't quite do the trick for you, I recommend going through the ones available through the Reports tab and checking sub-sections like Business overview and Sales to see what's available and how you can customize them. Running a report is as simple as navigating to the Reports section and selecting the one you'd like. Here's an article with some extra guidance if you'd like it: Run reports in QuickBooks Online

Don't be afraid to give them a shot! Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.
