How to create a custom report for bank deposits

How do I create a custom report for deposits into my bank account on a weekly basis?

 

I want to be able to automate what I currently do: download bank transactions to then send them to a work colleague who needs them to process / reply with how to post them in my books.

Hi there SSWap5922,

 

It's vital that all your transactions are entered correctly for your books to be well balanced QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to import transactions from various banks in order to save you time with your data entry. I can provide some information about reports and bank transactions.,

 

The only way to send a report of the bank transactions shown in the For Review section of the banking tab would be to go to the banking tab itself, then click on the Export icon located beside the Print icon, then send it to the person in question. I can see how being able to automate the creation of this report as well as sending it to someone would be a feature you'd like to see in order to help accelerate the process of adding these transactions correctly to the books. I recommend leaving feedback in the system by clicking on the gear icon, then Feedback. The comments made in that section are taken into consideration when designing new features for QuickBooks Online.
