How to create a report of banking detail seen in the "reviewed" tab using a filter on content and display split detail when "Matched to: multiple transactions" involved?

Hello,

 

I want to make sure you get the help you need when using QuickBooks Online. You've come to the right place! I'll clear this up for you.

 

QuickBooks Online comes stocked with tons of helpful reports you can use to assess your business health. Reports are useful when viewing details about your sales, projections, and profits. 

 

The bank feed is a great tool that can come in handy during reconciliation time. Syncing with your online banking means that you no longer have to compare your bank statement outside of QuickBooks Online with what's appearing in your QBO account. At this time, there's no reports for filtering the information from the bank feed.

 

In the For Review tab, you can filter transactions by date by clicking the small blue triangle drop-down menu next to the Batch actions button.

 

It sounds like you're looking for a list of matched transactions. You're able to see a list of Matched transactions by clicking the Reviewed tab.

I am still trying to set up - you know start from the beginning.  Things like Invoice Number - I want to start at 1600 not 1001

Where do I find where I can create an estimate?

QuickBooks automatically assigns numbers to your sales forms starting with 1001. If you would rather use your own numbering format, you can customize the number to whatever you prefer.

 

Here's how:

 

Set your own numbering preference

 

Use the Custom transaction numbers feature to set your own numbering preference. This adds an Invoice no. field where you can enter any number or letter format you want.

  1. Select the Gear icon on the Toolbar, then Account and Settings (or Company Settings).
  2. Select Sales, then select anywhere within the Sales form content section.
  3. Check the box next to Custom transaction numbers.
  4. Select Save and then Done.
  5. Open an invoice or any sales form, and in the Invoice no. field, enter the custom number or letter sequence you want to use for your forms. The sequence you set here applies to all sales forms.
