It's great to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Creating a client statement in QuickBooks Online can be done seamlessly.  I'd be happy to show you how!

 

To create a statement, follow these steps;

 

1. From the left menu select +New

2. Choose Statement under Other

3. Enter Transaction statement for the Statement type

4. Select the Statement date

5. Use the ▼ dropdown menu and choose the preferred Customer balance status

6. Enter the Start and End dates

7. Hit Save and Close or Save and send
