How to generate a summary report of all the payments made to "Pay Down Credit Card"

I see what you're saying. The Pay Down Credit Card feature doesn't have a specific report for it yet. I can also see the benefit of having of having this feature and I encourage you to send feedback about this to our engineers. You can send feedback by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. New product ideas and improvements are influenced by users like you. In the meantime, I recommend viewing your credit card payment using the Advanced Search feature in QuickBooks. This feature can be found by clicking on the Magnifying glass > click on the blue link written Advanced search > from here I recommend filtering the search criteria by including the Credit card payments filter option. Once you hit the search icon you should see the credit card payments that align with the filter options you entered above. Try this out and let me know how you make out. I'll be on standby.

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks Online is a powerful program that helps you manage your business with ease. It's important you're able to generate a report that shows all the payments made to pay down a credit card.

 

Based on what you've described, I recommend running the Transaction List by Customer report. Here's how:

 

1.) Click on Reports from the left hand panel
2.) In the search field, type Transaction List by Customer to generate this report
3.) Click on Customize at the top right
4.) Under the Filter section, click on it to reveal additional options. 
5.) Simply select the payment method you wish to view under the Payment Method drop down.

Thank you James,

Great instruction - I haven't been able to work it out though as my customized report came up with no data available....  Im wondering if the "Pay Down Credit Card" , because it's a fairly new feature, doesn't calibrate for the purpose of reporting?
