How to get my username to show up on audit history transactions?

In order for transactions to appear in your name, the previous user would need to sign out once they're done. It's always good practice to sign out of the account to ensure a secure connection and an accurate audit trail. The user name for the transactions that are already in the account, cannot be changed. For further assistance, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details, as well as view your screen to better assist you.
