How to give external Accountant access to Quickbooks Enterprise?

You may have 2 options:

1. Ask your external accountant to use QBD Enterprise Accountant as mentioned by PatriciaT 

2. Deploy a private cloud at your premise. Your external accountant may access your file by internet connection anytime she/he needs.
