How to post a balance sheet from QB to Excel spreadsheet?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Online community! Exporting your reports from the program to an Excel document is a quick and easy process. Follow these steps to export the Balance Sheet.

1. Go to Reports.
2. Click the Balance Sheet report.
3. In the upper right-hand corner of the report, click the icon that looks like a paper with a right-facing arrow.
4. Choose Export to Excel.

From there, your browser will download the file and then you'll be able to open it in Excel as a spreadsheet. Give it a try and let me know if you have questions!
