How we can do the statement from QuickBooks mobile app?

I love that you're getting use out of the mobile app for QuickBooks Online! The app is a great option for if you have to complete a task on the go, and I can appreciate wanting to take advantage of every feature possible in it. I'd be delighted to go over customer statements and the QuickBooks Online mobile app with you.

 

With the intention of working outside the office, the mobile app has some of the features that you'll see when using the full version of the software either via a browser or the QuickBooks Online app for Windows/Mac (sometimes called the desktop app). The app isn't intended to replace the browser or desktop app experience, so there are a few limitations to what the app can do. One of those limitations comes with customer statements.

 

Creating customer statements can be created in the browser or desktop app, but not via the mobile app. To learn the steps to create a statement, as well as what kinds of statements you can create, take a look at the following article: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online
