How would I enter multiple rental properties onto the same chart of accounts? I just use create accounts for each? Thanks

For example: should I set up expenses like this...property 1 6000s, property 2, 6005s, property 3 6010s

If you are using QBO Plus or Advanced, you can use Class or Location features. If you are using QBO Essentials, you should have a 3rd party app to integrate with QBO.
