HST Summary Repot Date Range

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I love that you're looking for new ways to customize the reports within QuickBooks Online. I know how important it is to be able to select the correct date range when you're trying to pull specific data, so I want to give you a hand with this.

As you've already discovered, there isn't an existing option that allows you to select your HST Filing Period as the date range, however I have just the trick. When you navigate to the Reports  menu and open the report of your choice, you always have the option to choose Custom from the Report Period dropdown. This allows you to select a starting and ending date for the data that's being pulled, so you can choose the start and end of your filing period. When you've selected the dates, hit Run report so that the data pulled reflects the customizations you've made.

Since I can see how handy a Filing Period option under Report Period would be, I'd love it if you'd submit feedback on this.
