I am able to print cheques and reports no problem. I am unable to print reconciliation reports to printer or PDF. I have done this recently, so the change is new. Help.

First, ensure your printer settings are properly configured to support printing from QuickBooks Online. This would include adjusting things like the layout (landscape vs. portrait), or wifi options. If you're having difficulty with your printer, please reach out to the printer manufacturer for assistance. 

This also may be resolved by doing some typical browser troubleshooting. For instance, try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser to remove any stored Internet files that can build up over time and bog you down. If you're still running into issues printing, try using Incognito mode in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs independently from the rest of your browser.
