Question

I am primary admin, still i am unable to undo previous reonciliation??How should i fix this?

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online provides the option to undo reconciliations, when necessary.  Although it's important to note that this can impact other areas of your books.  For this reason, only QuickBooks Online Accountants will be able to undo the reconciliation for you. If you don't have an accountant, we can help you locate a ProAdvisor in your local area.

What's the point of being an admin then if you cant undo mistakes made by other QuickBooks users?
