Hi isaiahinvestment,

Welcome to the Community family! Getting bank statements in your books makes it easier for you during the reconciliation day. Through the Online banking feature in QuickBooks Online, you not only benefit from the automatic download of your transactions but also have access to the View statements option for eligible banks. This enables you to easily download your bank statements in your account. I'd be happy to share more on this.

If you haven't already connected your new credit card, I recommend following the steps in this article to have online banking: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online

After you've established the connection, you can take advantage of the View statements option to get your bank statements. Here's how.

  1. In QuickBooks, go to the Accounting menu. Or if you're an accountant, open your client's QuickBooks Online company file first.
  2. Select the Reconcile tab.
  3. From the Account dropdown, select the account you want to reconcile.
  4. If you see the View statements option, you can get your bank statements directly from your bank for this account. Select View statements to see your available statements.
  5. When you're ready to start, select Start reconciliation or Resume reconciliation.

It's important to note that this option is supported by specific banks only. You can check the list of supported banks here to see if your bank is eligible for this feature: Get bank statements directly from your bank when you reconcile

The above article also directs you on how to manually attach your bank statements in case your bank doesn't supports this option.

I hope this helps! Don't hesitate to reach back out if you need anything else.
