I am unable to export reports to pdf. I just get an server error. Is this happening to anyone else?

Hello tandjsellers,

 

I see you posted this question this morning, and by now, the error you were encountering when trying to export your reports to PDF may have worked itself out. If not though, don't worry. I can absolutely help you with this to make sure that you're able to export the information you need.

 

When working with a cloud software like QuickBooks Online, there can sometimes be server errors, which can be caused by a number of issues, such as those related to cache and the Internet. To make sure these issues are addressed and cleared out, I have a list of troubleshooting steps I like to suggest to customers to completely rule out these kinds of problems. Check it out below.

Go through these one by one to see if it sorts out the issue. If not, I recommend connecting with a member of our support team to do further troubleshooting and report this to our engineers if necessary.
