I cannot download reports to excel

I've cleared my cookies, I've rebooted my computer but still cannot export reports to excel.

I can see the importance of being able to download your reports to Excel and I'll be happy to steer you in the right direction.

 

Based on what you've described, I see you've already spent some time troubleshooting this issue. To make sure we're both on the same page, are you getting the same result when you do this using a private/incognito browser window? Is this happening with all the reports or only one is affected? Have you tried to reduce the date range that you're downloading to see if that makes a difference?
