I cannot import the journal entries to QBO. In step 3, it keeps showing "Importing your journal entries" for over an hour and never be completed. What should I do?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a valuable accounting software that allows you to complete your daily tasks with peace of mind.  One of the many great features is having the ability to import journal entries as a batch, to save valuable time.  I'll be happy to help!

Based on the description you've provided, I recommend clearing cache on your browser.  This will help significantly with the loading time.  Once you've completed the process, log into your QuickBooks account and proceed with importing the journal entries.
