I cannot make an account active again

I get an error when I try to reconcile. I go to accounting, then reconcile and this message pops up Error1: Validation failed

Welcome to Community!  Reconciling your account in QuickBooks Online is a great way to stay on top of your transactions and keep your books up to date.  I'd be happy to assist you with this!

 

The message you're seeing when trying to reconcile your account, Error1: Validation failed, has been brought to our attention.  Although we don't have an estimated time of resolution, this is in the process of being prioritized/investigated by our Development Team.  We appreciate your patience and in the meantime, suggest clearing cache and then login to your QuickBooks account using a private/incognito browser.  I'd also suggest trying other browsers.  Firefox, Safari, Edge and Chrome are recommended.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click the Help (?) icon in the upper right corner of your QuickBooks Online account > enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > select Contact Us > give a brief summary of the issue > hit Let's Talk > choose to Get a callback or Start a Chat.
