I deleted a journal entry by mistake how do I get it back

You can't restore a deleted entry, but you can see the entry that was deleted to re-enter it if needed.

From the Gear Icon go to Audit Log and use the filter to find the transaction you've deleted.  There should be a View link next to it where you can see the original entry.
