Question

I finished Module 2 however the unit is not showing complete and the progress bar isn't updating. Do I need to toggle a button or is there an issue with the system?

It's great to hear you're in the process of completing your certification for QuickBooks Online! This is going to make using the software so much easier, as you'll be equipped with the necessary tools and know-how relating to the features included in QBO. If you've completed Module 2 and you're not seeing your completed progress, you may need to try some browser troubleshooting to ensure your changes are saved. 

 

First, simply try logging out of your account, then back in. The account may need to be re-triggered to show your progress. If you're still not seeing the changes, try the following troubleshooting steps in your browser. 

 

Try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser to remove any stored Internet files that may have built up in the background of your browser. Here's how to do that: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online

 

If the issue persists, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private browser that doesn't get impacted by cache and cookies. Here's how to do it: Browse in Private.

 

You should also try using an alternative browser all together.
