I just migrated from Desktop and my sales and taxes are incorrect. I do not use the customer or sales portion of Quickbooks. I use a manual entry into a journal entry

Based on the info you've provided, it's important to note that sales tax won't convert for all transactions after migrating from QB Desktop.
