Question

I'm experiencing an issue with a credit card link. While it downloads transactions, it isn't fetching any bank statements. Reconnecting did not work, please help

I am unsure what else can be done to resolve this issue.

It's important that all your transactions are entered correctly for your books to be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to connect to multiple banks in order to save you time with data entry. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with statements.

 

Thank you for trying to disconnect and reconnect the accounts. Sometimes that's all it takes to resolve issues like the one of missing transactions or statements. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that not all banks support the Statement import feature. To see if the bank in question does have the ability to upload statements through the bank connection, you can check the list included in this article

 

If the bank is listed in the supported financial institutions, for further assistance, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account in a secure setting to see the bank connection in the system to be able to provide further troubleshooting steps, as well as collect the necessary information to notify the engineers if the error persists.
