Question

I’m on QuickBooks online and it is not giving me the option of updating a workbook only to down load to a new workbook…how can I fix this?

It's great to see you in Community.  Welcome back!  It's essential that you're able to update your workbooks in QuickBooks Online seamlessly.  To save valuable time and get you back to business as soon as possible, I recommend contacting us outside of Community.  This will provide us with the opportunity to work with you independently and navigate through the process with you, so you're back to business in a timely fashion. 

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
