I'm trying to print payroll reports and I have to go into Chrome Ïncognito"to print them as they don't show up in regular QBO reports area. any advice?

While I'm glad to hear that you're able to access your QuickBooks Online Payroll reports in an incognito window, I want to make sure you're also able to see them in a regular browser window as well. I'll help you out with this.

To start, it's great that you're using Google Chrome since that's one of QuickBooks Online's favourite browsers. That being said, even supported browsers can sometimes run into issues when it comes to displaying and operating QuickBooks Online. Since you're able to see the reports in an incognito window, it sounds like you may have a cache issue with your regular Chrome browser. An incognito window is essentially a cache-less browser, so I recommend clearing the cache in the regular browser window, then returning to QuickBooks Online to see if the reports now show up.
