I noticed that some of the clients have online statements but CIBC, TD and National don't have the view online statement option? Do you know when they will be available?

Connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online is such a handy way to save time and effort with your bookkeeping. I can appreciate that having the option to view online statements would be so helpful, and this may vary depending on the financial institution your client is with. I'll explain the options for CIBC, TD, and National. 

At this time, statements aren't available for some financial institutions. I've recently been made aware that CIBC has now allowed for users to view statements within QBO. In regards to TD and National, I'd recommend submitting feedback about this if your client's aren't seeing the option for statements yet.

Since this type of access will be in collaboration with our bank partners, it's hard to say whether this will become available in the future or not. I'd be happy to reach back out to you on this thread if I learn of any updates in the near future.
