Question

I sent a statement and would like to recover the email that went with it as it had some information that I would like to retrieve in it. Where do I find sent emails?

Hello, 

 

Sending Statements, Invoices, Estimates, and Sales Receipts to your customer is just one of the ways QuickBooks Online helps save you time. By emailing these forms straight from your QBO account, you can skip the step of attaching it to an email. I'll explain how this works. 

 

Since the emails are sent from the system, it doesn't behave the same way an email platform would in the sense that there's no "Sent" folder. What you can do, however, is view your Statement List report to review all the previously created Statements. 

 

To view this report, click the Reports tab on the left navigation menu, then search for Statement List in the search bar. You can include an additional column to display "Email" by clicking the small Gear icon above the report, then checking off the box next to Email
