Question

I signed in today and all of a sudden all of our classes are missing. We can no longer report or post by class, how do I get them back?

Dealing with missing classes isn't the outcome I'd like for you to have. Rest assured, I'll be happy to steer you on the right path so you can get the resolution you need promptly. 

 

To get started, I'd like to make sure this isn't a browser-related issue that's causing the issue. That being said, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues that you may be experiencing. Here's an article that shows you how to: Clear Cache and Cookies. I also recommend checking on your Audit log to see the changes made to your account that may be causing this issue. You can access the log by clicking on the Gear icon > Audit log.
