I sold one of our vehicles. In the invoice I can't select the asset, as I have to select a product or service. How do I mark the asset as being sold?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online has the features you need for completing all of your work with peace of mind.  It's important that you're recording the sale of your assets accurately to keep your books aligned.  I'll be happy to point you in the right direction so you can reach your QuickBooks goals!

For this type of transaction, I recommend reaching out to your accountant for their expertise and assistance.  You can invite them to your books by going to My accountant from the left menu, enter their email address and hit Invite.  If you don't have an accountant, we can help you with that by following this link.
