Hi there,

It's awesome to hear that you're taking advantage of the Mileage Tracking option with QuickBooks Online! This tool makes it so simple to record your trips and track your travel costs. I know how important it is to review your business's financial information, and I'd be happy to explain the reporting capabilities when it comes to Mileage.

At this time, Mileage Tracking involves non-posting transactions only, meaning there's no reports associated with the data. Don't worry, you can still review your mileage costs by reviewing the helpful graphics on the Mileage page.

Click Mileage on the left navigation menu to bring up your trips. Once on the Mileage page, you can review your trips by Year, or enter a Custom Date. Once the date has been selected, hover over the graphics to review your mileage.

While there's no option to export the trips, you can print any web page by clicking Ctrl + P on your keyboard. You can print things such as the Reviewed trips at the bottom of the page, where all the information is neatly displayed for your records.

If you'd like to submit feedback about the Mileage tracking feature, you can do so by clicking the Gear icon > Feedback. These messages are sent directly to the product developers, and they're always searching for new ways to improve the product.

I hope this helps clear things up and get you back on track.

Take care.
