Hello,

Having the ability to navigate your account with ease is so important for an efficient workflow. Running into issues such as getting kicked back to the log in screen can definitely slow you down. It sounds like you're experiencing a browser issue, so I'll help explain some troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve this.

Try clearing the cache and cookies in the web browser you're using. This will remove any stored Internet files that build up over time and cause bugs in QBO and other websites. It's important to clear cache and cookies often to ensure QBO can run at it's best. Here's how to clear them based on each web browser: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online

If the issue occurs again, try using Incognito mode in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs separately from the main browser, and it's unaffected by cache and cookie build-up. Here's how to use it: Browse in private

I'd also recommend using a different browser all together if the problem persists.

If these steps don't help to resolve the issue you're having, please reach out to our tech support team so an agent can investigate this further.

Cheers.
