I want to edit the YTD actual amounts in my budget as it is automatically bringing in any transactions done in January but I want to edit those so am I able to do that?

Welcome to Community!  The budget feature is a dynamic tool for your business financials.  QuickBooks Online provides the option to edit your budget, to ensure accuracy.  I would be glad to help!

Here's how to edit your budget;

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and choose Budgeting

2. Next to the budget, select Edit from the Actions column

3. Edit each account one month at a time

Note;  You can also change the time period from monthly to quarterly or yearly, by selecting the small ⚙ in the top of the budget.

4. Hit Save or Save and close.
