If a vendor has a zero account balance, why is their account showing up on the A/P Aging Summary?

Hello marley-longhorno,

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides additional options for your reports, so you can focus on the areas that matter most.  I'll be happy to help you with your A/P Aging Summary!

When using the reports feature, you'll have additional options to filter them to specific data and customize your view.  When a vendor/supplier with a zero account balance is on the report, you'll want to reset the report filters.  When you open the A/P Aging Summary report, use the dropdown menu in the Show non-zero or active only field, then set it to show Active rows and columns.

Should you require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us outside of Community.  It would be our pleasure to work with you in real time, and ensure you're able to complete your QuickBooks goals without delay!

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out again.  We would be glad to assist!
