Hi there finance-kateperk,

It's important for all your transactions to be correctly entered so that all your accounts have the right balance. QuickBooks online allows you to create Journal entries in order to move money between two or more accounts in your books within one transaction. I can provide some information about deleted transactions.

Once transactions are deleted within QuickBooks Online, they can't be restored. The only transactions that would end up back in the Banking tab would be the ones that were imported from your bank's site and added from the Banking section. In order to have the transactions that were created manually then deleted, you'd need to recreate those transactions. You can find some information about the transactions that were deleted by clicking on the Gear Icon, then Audit log. This report will show you all actions taken by users and the system in QuickBooks Online. You'd need to find the instances that the transactions were deleted, then click on the log entry to see more details. Here's some more information about how to use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.
