Im looking to send receipts, mileage and reports to my account. How do I do that with quick books?

Thanks for your interest with the features in QuickBooks Online. I can definitely guide you how to use the feature's you want.

To send sales receipts to customers:

1. Press + New, then Sales receipt
2. Select the customer from the Customer dropdown.
3. Add the sales info, such as the payment method.
4. Enter line items for the products and services you sold.
5. When you're done, select Save and send to email the receipt.

To start mileage tracking in QuickBooks:

1. Go to the Mileage or Trips menu.
2. Select the Vehicle icon.
3. Use the QR code if you're using the mobile app or click on Add a trip manually.

To open and email a report:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Use the Find report by name search bar to search for reports by name. You can also browse the list.
3. Select the report to open it.
4. Select the Email icon.
5. Check report preview, then select Email.
6. Enter or update recipient email address, subject and report title.
7. Select Send.
