In QBO is there a way to automatically setup to send Customer Statements out each month, or at a specific timing schedule?

At this time, there isn't a function that allows you to send Customer Statements automatically. If you'd like, you can send feedback about this to our product developers. You can easily do this by clicking the Gear icon > Feedback. New product enhancements are largely based on the valuable feedback we get from users like you. 

In the meantime, I suggest exploring third-party apps that can help you with this process. You can search for third-party apps on our app store using this link here. I recommend picking an app that suits your business needs based on the app description and reviews.
