Is anyone experiencing their supplier balance detail reports no longer sending out as scheduled?

Hi laram-grinde-gma,

 

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a dynamic program that offers the ability to create custom reports, and set an email schedule.  It's important that your reports continue to be emailed based on the preferences you've set.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

I recommend reviewing your report schedule, to ensure you haven't exceeded the set End Date.  Here's how;

 

1. Open Reports from the left menu and select the Custom Reports tab

2. Locate the report in the list and click Edit in the Action column

3. Review your selection in the Set Recurrence section

4. Review the End Date and make any changes as you see necessary

5. Review the Email Information

6. Hit Save and Close
