Question

Is anyone having issues with the View statements feature when reconciling accounts? I've been updating for over a week and none of the bank statements are importing.

Based on the details you've shared, I suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Doing this helps with fixing most browser-related issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies. I encourage you to give this.

Thanks James, unfortunately this did not fix the issue, even after doing a manual refresh.  It still says to check back later.

Hi James,

I checked one more time this morning before calling.  It appears the issue has been fixed and I was able to view all the statements and get the reconciliations completed.
