Hello,

Reconciliation is an essential step in order to keep your books in order. I know how important it is to make sure QuickBooks Online accurately represents what you see in your real-life bank account. If you've made a mistake, or need to undo your reconciliation, I'll explain how to do that without having to go through an accountant.

Connecting with an accountant ProAdvisor is always recommended for undoing reconciliations, as they have the option to do this in the click of a button. Without the help of an accountant, you'll have to manually change the status of each transaction that's been reconciled.

Here's what you'll do: Undo and remove transactions from reconciliations in QuickBooks Online. I hope this helps clear things up for you.
