Is it possible to generate a "products sold" report by specific customers?

I'm looking to pull a report that will show me quantities of each product sold to a specific customer. (We are trying to assess which of our products are the most purchased by one customer over the years). Would love to pull a report without having to scour invoices.

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online provides a variety of reports to display areas of your business at a glance.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

I recommend the Sales by Customer Detail report.  Here's how to run the report and customize it to what matters most;

 

1. Open Reports from the left menu

2. In the Search field, type Sales by Customer Detail

3. Enter the Report period or use the ▼ dropdown menu to enter a Custom date range

4. Group by Customer

5. Hit Run report

6. Select the small ⚙ in the top right of the report to customize it

7. Open View more

8. Remove the checkmarks next to the columns you don't want to see on the report

9. Checkmark the desired fields

10. Hit Run report.
