Sorry without zero quantity sku's showing up on report, i.e. only want to see inventory report of what we have on hand.

Hi useradam,

Welcome to the community family! QuickBooks Online offers great financial reports to view exactly what's going on with your business. You also have the flexibility to personalize those reports to focus on the details that matter the most to you. I'll be happy to assist you with this.

To run an inventory report without items at a zero quantity SKU showing, you'd need a little bit of customization. Here's how.

  1. Go to the Reports menu and select your Inventory Valuation Summary Report.
  2. Click on Customize.
  3. At the Rows/Columns section, choose Non-zero Rows under the Show non-zero or active only drop-down menu.
  4. Select Run report.

And voila! To learn more about customizing reports in QuickBooks Online, check out this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online

I hope this helps! Feel free to stop by any time if you need anything else.
