Is it possible to save statement templates so that next time I need a similar statement I can just change the dates and have relevant data populate for a new statement?

Being able to customize and save templates is one of the things QuickBooks Online provides to help you save time and effort. I'd be happy to go over the statement templates you use in QuickBooks.

In order to create a statement in QuickBooks Online you just need to go to New>Statement. From there you just need to select the Statement Type, Statement Date and Customer Balance Status. As these are all drop down selections there is no way to save the template. If you wish to have the ability to save it I recommend sending feedback to our development team to have it added in the future. You can send feedback by following these steps:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Once they receive your feedback they will look into possibly adding this in future updates.
