Is there a bounce back audit report for all invoices that may have been emailed incorrectly with a wrong address?

It's a pleasure to see you here.  Welcome!  When customer emails bounce back', it can have a negative impact on your day.  QuickBooks Online let's you view all invoices that require attention.  I would be glad to assist!

 

When an email is sent but isn't successfully delivered, you'll receive a delivery error from the recipient.  However, if the delivery is sent by your email provider to Intuit, a notification is added to the transaction, making note that the delivery failed.  Here's how to view a list of bounced emails with delivery errors;

 

1. Go to your Dashboard, then Get things done

2. Under Tasks, click on Go

3. Change the Status to Needs attention

4. Select the Date range

5. You'll see the list of all emails with a Delivery issue
